Answer: This is our most common tech support question. Most of the time this results from running the product prior to rebooting the computer. Usually a reboot fixes the problem. Occasionally, this can happen because the fonts did not install correctly. In this case, the fonts can be installed by hand by copying the fonts from the "fonts" directory on the CD into the "Fonts" directory in your Control Panel.
Answer: What happened is that you probably have the TekniaHebrew font that was distributed directly from wwww.teknia.com. This version of the font had a couple of bugs that prevented the tilde character from being used correctly, and Perpetua Language Tools does not overwrite existing fonts when installing. To correct the problem you will need to delete the old font file from your control panel font directory, then copy the new TekniaHebrew font from the Perpetua CDROM into the control panel font directory.

Answer: Some textbooks do not assign vocabulary words in some chapters. As a result of following these lists, some lesson chapters in the profiles will not have a vocabulary list. But we retained the lesson numbering, so you don't have to do mental gymnastics to figure out which numbered chapter to reference.
